Melvin Rivera Velasquez is a Christian leader and communicator Puerto Rican. He decided to return to use his middle name when applying for a bank where credit was told that the U.S. had over 270 people named Melvin Rivera. • For three years in the 70s was the Executive Secretary for Latin America from the WACC (World Association for Christian Communications) now based in Canada.
• He held executive positions at the Bible Society of Puerto Rico, the United Bible Societies and the American Bible Society.
